My mentally disabled mother took out an EPO against me and I was forced to leave my own home. I asked the court for permission to remove my belongings. My mother told the court I didn't have anything in the house, even tho 90 percent of the items in the house are mine. I had nine witness statements from people that either help me originally move on, and several of where I got certain items. I also had proof it is my address, 911 calls showing that my mom habitually calls the police on people, and a list of my items ....but the judge wouldn't look at them. So before he could make his ruling I requested a court appointed lawyer because I cannot afford one. At first he ignored me and then said no n ruled in my mom's favor. What do I do about this?

I would look up the statue on the type of civil matter involved, and laws about public defenders. Other wise maybe ACLU could look into it. I beleive you could file a greivance with states attorney general as well.
